Nominate Now: Shape the Future of ACVP

As we navigate the evolving landscape of veterinary pharmacy in 2026, the strength of the ACVP depends entirely on the voices at the table. For the 2026 ACVP Board Nominations, we don’t just need “board members”—we need architects. We are looking for individuals ready to champion our clinical expertise and lead our profession through its next chapter of growth.

Any ACVP voting member in good standing may be elected to serve on the ACVP Board of Directors.

Open Positions

We are currently seeking nominations for:

  • ACVP Vice-President: A foundational 4-year leadership track (VP, President-Elect, President, and Chairman).

  • Member-at-Large (Position 2): A high-impact 2-year term.

Deadline: All nominations must be submitted by 11:59 pm CDT on March 15, 2026. Self-nominations are welcomed and encouraged.

Why Consider a Board Seat?

“If you’re passionate about being a veterinary pharmacist and want a real say in where our profession is headed, I encourage you to step forward. There is something incredibly rewarding about collaborating with peers who share your drive to make an impact on veterinary pharmacy. I made the decision to run for the board several years ago, and looking back, it’s a choice I’m truly glad I made.

Whether you’re ready to lead or you know a colleague whose expertise we need at the table, please take a moment to submit a name. It’s your opportunity to help us chart the course for the ACVP.”  —- Thomas Magnifico, RPh, FACA, FACVP
