Introducing ACVP’s New Student Pharmacist Board Member: Megan Majewski, PharmD Candidate, Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy
The American College of Veterinary Pharmacists (ACVP) is proud to introduce Megan Majewski as our new Student Pharmacist Board Member.
Megan is a Doctor of Pharmacy candidate at Auburn University’s Harrison College of Pharmacy and the newly appointed ACVP Student Pharmacist Board Member. A passionate advocate for advancing veterinary pharmacy, Megan brings a rare blend of clinical veterinary experience, compounding expertise, and student leadership to the national board.
As President of the Auburn ACVP Student Chapter, Megan has strengthened student engagement, expanded educational programming, and built meaningful connections between student pharmacists and veterinary pharmacy professionals. Her leadership is grounded in initiative, collaboration, and a commitment to elevating the visibility of veterinary pharmacy within pharmacy education.
Megan’s professional background spans both veterinary and pharmacy practice. She has worked as a compounding pharmacy intern, preparing individualized medications for human and animal patients, and previously served as both a veterinary assistant and equine veterinary assistant, giving her hands-on experience in animal care, medication administration, and interdisciplinary teamwork. These roles uniquely position her to bridge the gap between pharmacy and veterinary medicine.
Known for her organization, dependability, and service‑oriented leadership, Megan is dedicated to expanding educational opportunities, increasing awareness of veterinary pharmacy, and supporting the next generation of student pharmacists entering the field. As the Student Pharmacist Board Member, Megan is committed to representing student voices, enhancing engagement, and supporting the continued growth of veterinary pharmacy education and practice. Her unique experiences and passion for the field will help ACVP remain responsive to the needs of the next generation of veterinary pharmacists.
