CBD oil
Cannibidiol, which comes from the hemp plant has become increasingly popular. There are reports that it can treat pain, anxiety, inflammation, and even cancer in humans. However, it is also being advertised for pets. It is important to realize that their is no scientific data on the use or dosage for CBD in pets. These products are also not regulated so there is no way of ensuring the efficacy for various purposes.
Signs and symptoms of toxicity: lethargy, ataxia, urinary incontinence, vomiting, hypersensitivity
Toxic consumption: There is no established threshold for toxicity. Mild cases may be managed at home, however more severe cases should be handled by a veterinarian.
