Audio Visual/Electrical:

Utilities: All electrical services and utilities, including without limitation phone and riggings, must be contracted for through the Hotel’s conference services department. Encore is the hotel’s new vendor; ordering information has been requested and will be updated here and sent to exhibitors.

Packages:

Deliveries: Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials that will be sent, delivered or brought into Hotel. Failure to do this may result in deliveries being refused or material being unavailable when required. Hotel’s receiving dock is open from 7:00 am – 8:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Advance arrangements must be made through Hotel’s conference services department for weekend deliveries. Please refrain from
shipping materials more than five (5) days prior to the meeting date.

Any materials being sent to Hotel must be marked as follows:

Hotel Staff will accept and deliver shipments of five (5) or less boxes at no charge. A $5.00 per box fee will apply to each box over the first five (5). All boxes exceeding 40 pounds are subject to $25.00 per box. All fees will be posted to Group’s master account. Crates or Pallet deliveries will be billed at a different rate.

Outgoing Packages must be fully sealed and labeled and may be left at the booth.

Exhibitors will need to schedule a pick up with their carrier of choice.
